About the role:
- You'll participate in regular meetings with the executive team to discuss current projects, priorities and strategic goals
- You'll review budgets, financial reports, track donations and provide financial updates and forecasting
- You'll work closely with the EO to support the development and implementation of our strategic goals, providing your input and advice
- You'll have oversight of governance and risk, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements
- You'll prepare reports and provide advice to the Board and its committees, ensuring they have the information needed to fulfil their governance responsibilities
What we are looking for/Your core talents: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Not For Profit Management or a related field
- Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Outstanding written communication and reporting skills with a proven track record in the Not-For-Profit or philanthropic sector
- Proven ability to think strategically to develop and deliver strategy in finance, compliance and risk with the ability to adapt to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated financial management skills, including financial oversight and reporting in compliance and risk
- Passionate, supportive and committed team member with unwavering integrity
