Our client is a highly respected boutique commercial real estate agency in Macquarie Park that is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Assistant to support their long-established business.

About the role:
In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the team, assisting with various sales, leasing, property management, and administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team with daily operations with a particular focus on assisting the Principal with his busy work schedule across the entire business
- Coordinating property inspections & site visits
- Managing maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
- Handling administrative tasks such as proposals, advertising, database management, documentation, etc
- Providing exceptional service to clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable industry knowledge, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career in commercial real estate.
What we are looking for: - A valid Australian Driver’s License & presentable car (Work related vehicle expenses reimbursed)
- Real estate qualifications – either a NSW Real Estate Agent License (Class 2), Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration, or a willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (with employer support)
- Very strong digital literacy – Comfortable using MS Office & industry-specific software (training provided on real estate software).
- Excellent communication skills – Confident in both written & verbal interactions
- Highly organised & self-motivated – Able to work both independently & as part of a team
- A strong commitment to accuracy in written and verbal representations on behalf of the company
- A friendly and energetic demeanour
