About the Role
What your first day might look like:
- Dive into hands-on technical tasks, like diagnosing client issues and running diagnostic tests.
- Shadow senior technicians to learn essential system administration processes.
- Support clients over phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to resolve queries.
- Contribute to the team’s success by assisting with operational tasks and ensuring excellent service delivery
Your Core Talents We’re looking for someone with:
- Customer service and people skills – Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar roles, with an outstanding ability to connect with clients.
- Analytical thinking and initiative – Able to work independently and solve problems with a logical approach.
- Clear and professional communication – Excellent written English for accurate note-taking and confident, approachable interactions.
- Intermediate computer skills – Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook, with a reasonable understanding of IT basics.
- Attention to detail – Precision and care in diagnosing issues and delivering solutions.
- Reliability and commitment – A strong work ethic, ready to learn and do the job without clock-watching.
- Driver’s licence and transport – Dependable mobility to attend work and client sites as needed.

This is an entry level role that would suit someone with a Certificate III in Information Technology or with demonstrated vocational experience in a range of environments using a wide range of information technologies.
