Located in the beautiful regional city of Albury-Wodonga, Total HRM is the premier HR provider to NE Victoria and Southern NSW clients. Total HRM seeks a highly successful, driven and dynamic HR/IR Consultant to support our client base.

In your new role:

• You will head up the Consulting arm of the organisation that offers HR and IR solutions to a vast array of clients across varied industries and sized organisations.
• You will bring strong HR and IR generalist capability and be action-orientated, which allows you to demonstrate the return on investment of people initiatives you have designed and delivered.
• Your advice will be contemporary, practical and tailored to the clients' needs.
• You are a dedicated change agent and able to influence at all levels with strong project management capability.

You will have:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in a similar role, demonstrating contemporary HR and IR knowledge.
• A strong track record to successfully manage and prioritise multiple clients seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diplomacy, drive, exceptional written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
