Computing Today is a leader in IT solutions for small to medium businesses in a wide range of industry sectors. Established in Wangaratta in 1988, Computing Today is a successful Information Technology Support and Services Provider with a large and diverse portfolio of loyal customers.

In your new role you will:

• Build strong relationships with valued clients as part of the technical team.
• Provide Level 3 technical support involving configuration, troubleshooting, software and hardware installations.
• Manage your own job list in addition to project implementation and complete detailed job notes.
• Report to the Business and Operations Manager and Managing Director; have an opportunity to contribute to business development in Managed Services or IT Security.

You will have:

• 5+ years’ industry experience (including Managed IT Services) and a relevant qualification.
• A sound knowledge and understanding of the IT industry including networking, server infrastructure, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft 365 and ideally cybersecurity.
• Project management skills desirable, and the ability to self-manage your workload.
• Well-developed problem-solving ability; exceptional communication and relationship building skills and professional presentation.
