About the Role
Provide senior technical leadership across capital works and technical services. A decision-making role for an engineer who wants to shape standards, mentor others and influence outcomes directly.

Duties

• Lead technical standards and guidance
• Provide QA across major projects
• Support capital works decision-making
• Mentor engineering and technical staff
• Improve technical consistency and performance

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years' PQE, ideally in infrastructure, water or civil works
• Strong technical standards capability
• Confidence to lead and make decisions
• Mentoring and stakeholder communication skills
