About the role:
- Manage day-to-day operations for a busy GP clinic, reporting directly to the senior management team
- Lead, encourage, and support a diverse team of reception and clinical staff
- Oversee rosters, timesheets, and accreditation requirements
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and external programs (like Doctors in Schools)
- Participate in project work and continuous improvement for patient and staff experience
Skills we are looking for / Your core talents: - Proven practice management experience in a medical or allied health setting
- Strong leadership and people skills – you bring out the best in others
- Financial or business qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor level preferred)
- Skilled with Medicare (DVA, GPACI), Best Practice software, and Murray PHN systems
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
