About the Role As Culture, Engagement & Internal Communications Advisor, you’ll bring people and strategy together - helping employees understand, believe in and live the Bank’s purpose and values.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Capability, this newly created role will design and deliver engagement, culture and communication initiatives that build connection, trust and alignment. You’ll work across all levels of the organisation to craft messages that inform and inspire, ensuring staff feel valued, included and part of the journey.
In your first months, you will: - Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that build transparency and engagement
- Design and implement initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience
- Collaborate with leaders to embed values, purpose and strategic messaging in everyday communication
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys and translate results into actionable insights
- Manage internal channels and create compelling content that brings people and achievements to life
- Support events, campaigns and initiatives that celebrate connection and community

Skills We’re Looking For - Demonstrated experience in internal communications, employee engagement or HR advisory roles
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with creative flair
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible messages
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and strong relationship-building skills
- Experience using communication platforms or intranets to reach diverse audiences
- Commercial acumen and adaptability to a dynamic, private-sector environment
- Strong capability, resilience and agility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small, high-performing team
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint due to high reporting and presentation requirements
