Ready to make a real impact as the first point of contact in a brand-new clinic?
If you’re proactive, love working independently, and want to help shape a supportive workplace from day one, this is your chance!
Imagine being trusted to run the show, build patient relationships, and grow your skills - with the backing of a highly experienced remote team.
Apply now and step into a role where your initiative, warmth, and professionalism will be valued every day!
About the role:
You’ll be the friendly face greeting patients, managing the front desk, and keeping the clinic running smoothly. You’ll have remote support, but you’ll own the space - handling everything from phone calls to paperwork, stock take, and even a bit of local marketing. Expect time for paid training in Albury, and the chance to shape how this new clinic operates.
Here’s what you’ll do on your first day:
- Welcome patients and manage front desk operations
- Handle clinic administration, compliance, and stock take
- Keep the clinic clean, organised, and inviting
- Proactively reach out to local medical practices to grow the clinic
- Support the team remotely, with in-person training and shadowing in Albury
Skills we are looking for: - Experience in medical administration, reception, or practice management
- Confident working solo and keeping yourself busy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with general cleaning and caring for the clinic
Bonus if you have local marketing experience, a background in audiology, or a driver’s license.
Working at Essence Audiology: You’ll join a brand-new clinic in Wagga Wagga, with the chance to build something from the ground up. The environment is supportive but autonomous, with full-time hours and no weekends. You’ll train in Albury and work closely with a remote team who’ll have your back as you settle in. There’s real room for growth - both for the clinic and your own career.
Inclusion: We encourage diverse candidates to apply, including women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from multicultural backgrounds, people with disability, veterans, young people, and people over 45 years old, even if your experience doesn’t align perfectly.
How to apply: You’ll need full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s license to be considered for this position. Additional assessments may apply.
