Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing has partnered with Total HRM to find a Contracts Administrator to join their team!
About the role:
On your first day, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly team who’ll show you around and introduce you to our projects. You’ll:
- Connect with clients and keep them updated on their project’s progress
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and project documents
- Work closely with our production and construction teams to clarify details and solve problems
- Keep everyone in the loop by managing document control and sharing updates
- Tackle challenges head-on and always look for ways to improve how we work
You’ll report to our Production Manager and work side by side with our passionate team. You won’t be stuck behind a desk - expect variety, collaboration, and plenty of real conversations.
Skills we are looking for/Your core talents: - Qualification in Administration and/or data processing
- Experience in a similar role in building and construction, engineering procurement or project management
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you enjoy working with people
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your time well
- Valid driver’s license and Police Check
