Join Riverina Dairy's dynamic team as our new Project Engineer, where you'll lead transformative projects spanning both our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and working dairy farm and feed lot. This unique multi-site role of ICM Agribusiness Group puts you at the heart of integrated dairy operations, driving innovation from farm to factory.

What Makes This Role Special:

• Multi-site leadership: Split your time between our manufacturing plant and active dairy farms across the Riverina
• Lead end-to-end projects that connect farm operations with factory efficiency

• Based in Albury with travel to Corowa, Wangaratta (Peechelba) and other locations as required

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

• Project Leadership: Lead projects from concept to commissioning, managing scope, budget, schedule and risk across multiple sites
• Technical Design & Procurement: Develop detailed specifications, P&IDs and layouts while managing tendering and vendor selection processes
• Construction & Safety Management: Coordinate contractors, supervise installations and drive safety protocols during shutdowns and commissioning
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with production, QA, maintenance and farm teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations
• Performance & Documentation: Track project performance, maintain forecasts and ensure quality documentation and training materials
• Continuous Improvement: Champion standardisation and lessons learned across all sites to drive ongoing excellence

Project Scope You'll Master:

• Refrigeration systems, pasteurizers, separators, packaging equipment
• Automation upgrades including SCADA/HMI and PLC integration
• Farm infrastructure and mechanical/electrical services
• Compliance projects covering food safety, hygienic design and environmental approvals

Your Expertise:

• 7+ years project engineering experience in dairy, food & beverage or agri-food industries
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience with dairy processing equipment and farm systems from scoping through commissioning
• Demonstrated track record managing multi-contractor works and live-plant upgrades
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SCADA/HMI systems and Microsoft Project
• Natural leader comfortable working across diverse agricultural and manufacturing environments
