Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Proactively ensure customers are getting the most from our services
• Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Onboard new residential and business clients
• Track KPIs and support profitability targets
• Engage in occasional networking after-hours
• Be an expert in Lightning IP's products (with ongoing training)

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• Have a B2B customer service or sales background
• Are outgoing, confident and solution-oriented
• Are comfortable with technology, eager to learn new systems and tools and don’t need someone to show you where the power button is
• Are motivated, autonomous and love to learn
• Value flexibility but also thrive on being driven and accountable
• Have a passion for communication technologies
