About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our client’s team. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, successfully implementing the platform, and ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the BDM Team to understand and execute the agreed set-up and sales strategy for new clients.
• Complete back-end customisation and system setup based on each client's specific needs.
• Deliver tailored training and ongoing coaching (face-to-face, online, and by phone) to platform users, helping them apply best-practice behaviours for success.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels—from decision makers to users and influencers—to ensure outcomes are met and platform usage remains high.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and IT, to provide seamless product support.
• Manage, maintain, and grow profitable business relationships across an assigned portfolio of clients to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Identify upselling opportunities and present suitable solutions to existing clients.
• Keep tracking sheets and CRM records current to maintain data accuracy.
• Complete projects and tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer care, training, and renewals/payments, as the CRM outlines.
• Respond to all inbound client enquiries (phone/email) within 24 hours during regular business hours.

• Represent our client's strengths, values, and differentiators to industry contacts, potential customers, and clients.
• Demonstrate company values in all external engagements.
• Collect and relay feedback from clients regarding product improvements or feature requests, and promptly report any system issues to the IT team.

• Experience in Account Management or Customer Success (preferably in SaaS, tech, or construction/design sectors).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver training across multiple formats and adapt to different client needs.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and working across multiple departments.
• Customer-first mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
