Site Manager – Commercial Construction & Interior Fit-Outs
Auckland-Based | Night Shifts | Travel Required (12-22 Weeks/Year)

With a strong pipeline of projects, we’re seeking a proactive and hands-on leader to drive site operations and ensure successful project delivery.


Role Overview:

As a Site Manager, you’ll oversee commercial construction and fit-out projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality at every stage. This role requires working night shifts and travelling outside Auckland for extended periods (12-22 weeks per year).


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities, including subcontractors, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain quality control and oversee project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solve and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example, fostering a strong team culture on-site.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction or fit-outs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage night shift operations and work away from Auckland as required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Full NZ Driver’s Licence and legal work rights.
