Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in target markets through cold outreach (calling predominantly), networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
● Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities, social selling, attending industry events, and leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms.
● Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on new logo acquisition and high-growth opportunities.
● Understand customer pain points, business objectives, and needs to craft tailored SaaS solutions that add value and solve real-world problems.
● Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers in target organisations.
● Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiations and closing, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
● Track all sales activities in their CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
● Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer pain points to refine and target outbound efforts effectively.
● Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
