Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in the audio-visual industry to drive new business and revenue growth. In this "hunter" role, you'll focus on identifying and securing new opportunities, particularly in corporate meeting spaces, while leveraging your knowledge of AV solutions and Microsoft Teams integration. Alongside managing your own business development efforts, you’ll also support and mentor the wider team with your industry insights and expertise.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive Industry Experience: Significant experience in the audio-visual industry, with a deep understanding of AV systems, corporate meeting room environments, and integration with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Proven Sales Track Record: A demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a new business, hunter-focused role. Experience in solution selling, preferably in the AV or technology sector.
• Strong Technical/Product Knowledge
• Relationship Building
• Self-motivated & Target-Driven
