The Role
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy with a strong pipeline of work across both traditional cost management and development finance.
 
You'll provide independent commercial advice across a range of sectors,
 
including:

• Commercial and industrial developments
• Residential and mixed-use projects
• Education and public sector facilities
• Healthcare and specialist developments
• Hotel and hospitality projects
• Development finance and lender monitoring assignments

This role offers a genuine mix of pre and post-contract quantity surveying alongside independent reporting for financial institutions, developers and investors.
 
What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous experience undertaking lender monitoring, development finance or bank funding QS work is essential
• Strong understanding of both pre and post-contract quantity surveying
• Experience with cost planning, procurement, contract administration and financial reporting
• Confident building relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
• Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail

Candidates from consultancy, contractor or client-side backgrounds will all be considered, provided they have exposure to development finance or independent lender reporting.
