UP Recruitment are partnered with a leading New Zealand-owned project management consultancy who are looking to onboard a Project Manager to start in July.
This role is for confirmed projects in the Education, Health, Industrial and Data sectors in Auckland. If you have 2 - 6 years of consultancy or client-side experience in these sectors, please apply.

THE ROLE
Work with a strong project management team on projects across construction, fit-outs, and refurbishments.
Oversee projects from start to finish, including scheduling, planning, and cost management.
Manage live operational projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping refurbishments and new builds on track.
Own contract administration (NZS 3910 / 3916) and navigate disputes with confidence.
Handle procurement and programme oversight, keeping risk, budgets, invoicing, and claims tightly managed.
Identify and tackle project risks early, using sound judgement and decisive action to keep projects moving smoothly.
ABOUT YOU
3 - 6+ years of New Zealand-based project management experience in construction
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience in contract administration, planning/scheduling, and programming
Degree or higher tertiary qualification in Architecture, Construction, Construction Management, or Property
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Skilled at risk management, problem-solving, and planning ahead
Professional, proactive, and adaptable to different audiences
