We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team supporting clients and financial advisers. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or a recent graduate who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless experience when interacting with the business, supporting both phone and email enquiries while assisting with a range of operational and administrative processes.

About the role:
In this role you will support clients and advisers with a range of service and operational tasks, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to client and adviser enquiries via phone and email
• Assisting clients with navigating digital platforms and online applications
• Processing client transactions and handling exceptions when required
• Completing AML and compliance checks
• Investigating and resolving client enquiries with a high level of accuracy
• Supporting internal teams to deliver a high standard of client service
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems
• Learning a range of products and operational processes through cross training

This is a varied role where attention to detail, problem solving and strong communication skills will be essential.

About you:
This opportunity would suit someone early in their career who is interested in finance/investments and enjoys working with people.
You will bring:

• A university degree 
• A strong interest in finance, investments or financial services
• Previous experience in customer service, administration or client support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• A proactive mindset with strong problem solving ability
• Confidence working with digital systems and online platforms
