About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their subscription and platform access. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, support their engagement with the data and insights platform, and identify opportunities for renewal and growth.
You'll also play a key role in client retention by delivering a high level of service, developing strong relationships, and helping clients achieve measurable ROI from their investment.
