What you’ll be doing:

• Generating new business via prospecting, cold outreach, and face-to-face meetings
• Selling sponsorship and event packages that connect building product suppliers with architects and specifiers
• Consulting with clients to understand their goals and tailoring solutions accordingly
• Managing your pipeline and reporting activity via CRM tools
• Attending industry events and staying current with trends in design, construction, and building materials
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure client success

You’ll bring:

• Must have a proven background in business development and solution selling (SaaS, media, events, advertising, or similar)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
• A natural ability to engage professionals from diverse industries
• A genuine interest in architecture, design or the built environment
• Full driver’s licence
