Our client, a leading construction data and software company, is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or build on their sales career within a high-performing team and exposure to software sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach channels
• Book meetings and product demos for senior sales team members
• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM
• Support marketing campaigns with timely follow-ups and lead nurturing
• Meet and exceed monthly activity and meeting targets
• Share insights from the market and prospect interactions with the broader sales team

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of experience in a sales, customer-facing or lead generation role
• Confident communicator with a strong phone presence
• Naturally curious and eager to learn
• Resilient, proactive and target-driven
• Organised, with solid attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
