The Recruitment Consultant is a key role within our recruitment
business, combining client relationship management, business development, and candidate placement responsibilities.

We are open to differing experience levels, if you don't have recruitment experience but you have worked in sales and you think you have what it takes - apply!

UP Recruitment is four years old and has grown significantly in the past year. This role is designed to support our continued growth by servicing our regular clients. We recruit in Sales, working on intermediate to senior roles across both Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be designed as a launch pad to a senior role where you will have the opportunity to develop your own client base and build your own business within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:
• Proactively identify and source potential candidates using job boards, databases, social media platforms, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future opportunities.
2. Candidate Screening:
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate and manage interviews with candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Document and present candidate profiles clearly and accurately to Recruitment Consultants.
3. Administrative Tasks:
• Draft, manage, and send emails related to candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct and document reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
