About the position:

Join our team during the busy hay intake season and play a key role in maintaining the quality standards of hay products destined for export markets.
In this hands-on seasonal role, you will be responsible for weighing incoming hay deliveries, testing moisture levels, inspecting for contaminants, and ensuring all product meets export specifications. You'll also maintain accurate records and product traceability throughout the intake process.
This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Process incoming product: 
• Weigh product that arrives on site
• Complete moisture testing and visual inspection of incoming product
• Ensure that all truck drivers comply with Work Safe and site regulations
• Weigh out truck after unloading
• Tag printing 
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required 

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have the following:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Current driver's licence.
• Availability to work weekends during the hay intake season.
• Reasonable level of fitness for a physically active, outdoor role.
