About the Position
  
We have positions available for Mobile Plant Operators for our Narrogin Hay Business. We are recruiting casual employees with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic to join our friendly and supportive team.

Please note, applicants must be able to work rotating 10-12 hour day and night shifts (Monthly rotations) and be local to the Ultima area.

We are offering $27.25 + Casual Loading & Shift Loading + Super.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to

• The loading and unloading of containers.
• General manual handling duties
• Sorting and strapping loads
• General ad-hoc duties regarding the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our plant

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A current valid forklift license (LF Ticket) is essential.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality of work.
• Have a positive attitude, be both reliable and punctual.
• The ability to conduct some manually handle duties.
• Previous experience with manual handling work is preferred.
• Have demonstrated experience of working effectively within a team environment.
