About the Position:
Ocean2Earth are seeking a Process Operator with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic to join us on a casual basis. These roles will support Ocean2Earth’s operations by completing range of tasks to assist in our production processes. You will be involved in end-to-end production, playing a key part in producing our soil enhancers and bio-fertilisers.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate and are looking for candidates who are available to pick up shifts on a casual basis, typically starting at 6:00am.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Playing a key part in the production of our products including Compost, BAM and Compost Tea.
- The use of various equipment in our processing system and processing line.
- Packing the finished product to process for shipping and delivery.
- Plant pre-starts for safe operations.
- Having a constant focus on health & safety across all areas of our site.
- Working well in a team to ensure efficient and smooth production.
To be successful in this role you will have: - Previous experience in machine operating, labouring, manual handling or in a production environment is highly desirable.
- A background in manual handling work is preferred.
- A positive attitude at work, whilst being reliable and punctual.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment and produce work to a high standard.
- A strong commitment to safety is essential.
- Experience in operating a telehandler and wheel loaders is desirable.
