About the Position

Due to projects within the team, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month maximum-term contract.  This multi-faceted position will see you involved with and responsible for the following:

• Advice & Support - supporting people leaders by providing P&C generalist advice on policies, procedures and best practices as well as providing coaching around people management, team dynamics and conflict resolution;
• Case Management – in collaboration with the People & Culture Manager facilitate disciplinary cases from inception to resolution, including investigations, interviews and proposing recommendations, and;
• P&C Operations – assist in the reviewing, implementing and monitoring of policies, guidelines and procedures on an ongoing basis. 

 

To be the successful candidate you will:

• Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent degree (essential);
• Extensive experience in human resources with a minimum of 5 years (post graduate) experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in a blue-collar business;
• Proven effective performance and behaviour case management resulting in fair, just and reasonable outcomes;
• The ability to provide expert advice to support on policy, procedure and best practice;
• Thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same; and,
• Have great communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
