About the Position

Our Herons Creek site is filled with a welcoming and social team. We are seeking an Industrial Lubrication Technician with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic to join the team on a Permanent Full-time basis. If you enjoy working across different equipment and machinery, we are interested in talking to you.  

Our large site at Herons Creek comprises both a Saw Mill and Dry Mill. You will complete a range of tasks to assist in maintaining our plant equipment and machinery in a workable manner, ensuring we continue to produce high quality timber products.

We are looking for candidates who are available to pick up permanent day shift’s at the below times:

• Monday to Thursday 1.00pm - 9.00pm
• Fridays 12.00pm - 6.00pm.

We are offering a competitive hourly rate and paid overtime as required.
  

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• All types of lubrication including greasing of bearings, hydraulic pack oil levels, topping up pneumatic lubricators, changing filters and installing remote lines where required.
• Having a constant focus on health & safety across all areas of our site.
  
  
  

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in performing mechanical lubrication tasks whilst following safety protocols;
• A positive attitude at work, whilst being reliable and punctual.
• A strong commitment to safety is essential.
• Knowledge of the timber industry and its machinery is favorable.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment and produce work to a high standard.
