We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who wants more than just another recruiting job. This is a hybrid/full-time position in either Buffalo or Rochester, NY
Salary range depends on experience: $70K-$90K
 
What You'll Do
No two days at JMS are the same. We're looking for a versatile recruiter, a true jack-of-all-trades, who can confidently recruit across multiple industries and disciplines. Our primary focus areas include manufacturing, engineering, administrative/professional, and technology positions.

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offers and placements.
• Recruit across a diverse range of positions, from skilled manufacturing professionals and engineers to administrative leaders and IT specialists.
• Build relationships with candidates that extend beyond a single opportunity.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover talent others overlook.
• Move with urgency while maintaining high standards for quality.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and recruiting teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Manage multiple searches, changing priorities, and competing deadlines.
• Take ownership of your results while contributing to the success of the entire team.
