Key Responsibilities
This person will support inventory flow, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced production environments and enjoy hands-on work that keeps manufacturing running smoothly.

• Restock consumable materials at designated work centers across manufacturing and distribution areas.
• Perform quantity checks for incoming and outgoing stockroom materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and support accurate inventory tracking within the stockroom.
• Identify and differentiate various materials stored in inventory.
• Receive and process purchase orders, preparing materials for quality inspection.
• Pack, label, weigh, measure, and mark cartons according to shipment specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers to resolve material discrepancies.
• Record all inventory and shipping activities accurately in alignment with company procedures.
• Support production control and logistics with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory systems, and shipment processing preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, enter information with minimal errors, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
