Our client in California is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate to join its civil litigation practice! 
 
This is a remote/full-time/permanent position
Salary based on experience: $100K-$185K

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions
• Experience preparing matters for arbitration, mediation, and trial
• Strong legal writing and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in one or more relevant practice areas, including:
  • General liability
  • Product liability
  • Professional liability
  • Related civil litigation
