Our client in California is seeking an experienced General Liability Partner to join its growing civil litigation practice! 

This is a remote/full-time/permanent position
Salary based on experience: $110K-$265K

• General Liability Partner position
• Open to candidates located anywhere in California
• Opportunity to work with major national and regional companies and insurance carriers
• Practice within a nationally recognized Am Law 200 and Chambers-ranked firm

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California
• 9+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Strong experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions
• Experience preparing matters for arbitration, mediation, and trial
• Strong legal writing and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in one or more relevant practice areas, including:
  • General liability
  • Product liability
  • Professional liability
  • Related civil litigation
