Our client in Buffalo, NY, is looking for an Office Operations Manager to join their team!
This is an on-site/full-time/permanent position
Salary range based on experience: Up to $100K
We're looking for an Office Operations Manager to run the operational heartbeat of a fast‑growing law firm. This role oversees people operations, technology systems, workflow optimization, facilities, and day‑to‑day business execution. You'll support leadership in driving accountability, improving processes, and ensuring the firm operates with clarity, efficiency, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership — Support EOS rhythms, maintain scorecard metrics, and ensure alignment across administrative functions
- Technology & AI Oversight — Manage the firm's tech stack, support AI adoption, coordinate with IT vendors, and strengthen cybersecurity practices
- People Operations — Recruit, onboard, train, and support non‑attorney staff; maintain personnel records and enforce policies
- Process Improvement — Build and maintain SOPs, streamline workflows, and eliminate manual processes through automation
- Facilities & Office Management — Oversee office maintenance, vendors, supplies, records management, and business continuity procedures
- Risk & Quality Control — Monitor KPIs, identify operational risks, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with firm standards
What You Bring - 7-10+ years in operations or business management.
- Experience improving processes, managing teams, and running day‑to‑day business operations.
- Strong comfort with technology, automation, and AI‑enabled tools.
- Clear, direct communication style and a high accountability orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
