Our homebuilding partner in Perris, CA is looking to add a Senior HR Generalist to their growing team!
This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire position Salary based on experience: Up to $72K-$88K
The ideal candidate in this role will be bilingual in English and Spanish. The successful Sr HR Generalist in this role will lead core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, training & development, and benefits & well-being administration.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Lead policy interpretation and compliance tracking
Lead employee relations investigations and documentation
Interpret policy and guide leaders and team members
Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions
Interview, select, and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes
Support the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs
Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc).
Support to ensure HRIS data integrity, assist with conducting transactions in Workday, and complete compliance-related forms and documents.
Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Knowledge of employment law and employee relations
Ability to influence and coach leaders
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems
Microsoft Word and Excel experience
