Our client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking an Office Services Manager to join their team!

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Office Services Manager to lead our Office Services team and provide exceptional support to our Executive Leadership, with a dedicated focus on the President of North America.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in creating an organized, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. You'll oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and ensure everything from travel coordination to office logistics runs smoothly — all while fostering collaboration and excellence across departments.
What You'll Do
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Office Services team, cultivating a safe, inclusive, and engaged work environment.
- Champion the company's values and Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance and accountability.
- Drive performance management, training, and employee development initiatives that help people grow and succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on goals, streamline communication, and promote teamwork.
Run the Office Like a Pro - Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring executives and staff have the support they need.
- Evaluate department efficiency and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
- Partner with the Corporate Travel Coordinator to negotiate travel programs, airline, and hotel discounts.
- Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships with a focus on cost effectiveness.
- Ensure the office environment — from equipment to file management — runs smoothly and securely.
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and presentations in collaboration with Visual Communications.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the Executive Assistant and the Supervisory Board.
- Proactively anticipate challenges and find creative, practical solutions.
What You Bring - 5+ years of executive-level administrative and supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to make decisions and drive results.
