Our client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking an Inhouse Repair Technician to join their team!
This is an on-site/full-time/direct-hire position
Salary based on experience: Starting at $58k

Join our team and put your troubleshooting talents to work repairing high-quality analog and digital equipment while helping customers get back up and running fast.
What You'll Do
- Repair, test, and troubleshoot analog and digital equipment to meet and exceed customer expectations and quality standards
- Provide diagnostic support via phone for internal and external customers
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and customers to ensure seamless service
- Offer technical advice and support to Sales, Customer Service, and Education departments
- Coordinate loaner equipment usage, ensuring timely delivery and return
- Manage repair parts inventory to meet ongoing service demand
- Maintain quality records and logs as part of our Quality Management System
- Source and maintain vendor relationships for replacement parts and supplies
- Support training initiatives for yourself, the team, and Salesforce users
- Collaborate with other departments on spare parts and used equipment ordering
- Contribute to special projects and assist colleagues as needed
What You Bring - Two-year degree (AAS preferred) or certification in a related field, plus 3-5 years of hands-on experience (dental field experience a plus!)
- A natural knack for fixing things — from electronics to everyday gadgets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or on a small team
- Comfort using digital and analog meters and power tools
- Strong IT/PC skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
- SAP / Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic troubleshooting experience and the ability to spot common hardware, software, and design issues
