Our client in Buffalo, NY, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join their team!
This is a full-time, direct-hire position
Salary Range - $55k-$90k base + uncapped commissions
Overview:We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team and help drive growth in their industrial products division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide product recommendations, quotations, and technical support to meet customer needs.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain customer records and track sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn technical product information and apply it in sales conversations.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-focused, goal-oriented mindset.
