Our client is looking for a talented Oracle SCM Cloud - Manufacturing Solution Architect to join their team! 
 
This is a remote/full-time/9+ month contract position with travel 
Hourly based on experience: $75-$80/HR
 
We are looking for a talented Oracle SCM Cloud - Manufacturing Solution Architect to join our team. This is a full-time and remote position that can sit anywhere in the United States or Canada, with the expectation of international travel as needed to customer sites for critical events and milestones.

What You'll do:

• Acts as a senior architect for medium to large projects or a program of projects, and may participate in an oversight or design capacity
• Assumes a leadership position within the architect community and effectively utilizes the collaboration infrastructure to improve solution quality and project team effectiveness
• Lead Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Order Management, and Planning functional tracks on our client's ERP Cloud engagements
• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements and present industry best practices
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements, and recommend solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, and Supply Chain Planning in Cloud Applications.
• Able to design and set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
• Works collaboratively with the project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and lead teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer
• Engage in presales, innovations, and practice development activities

What You'll Bring:

• 8-10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience in Oracle Cloud & EBS operating at an Architect level
• Experience providing Inventory, Costing, Support, Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing execution processes managed within ERP and advanced planning systems
• Hands-on experience in leading and implementing end-to-end core Supply Chain Solutions (Manufacturing, order management, procurement, shipping, and sound knowledge of WMS, Logistics, and Production Scheduling.
• Expert understanding of Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Scheduling: Planned Orders, Expedited Orders, Work Orders, Work Centers, Capacity Constraints
• Deep working knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Supply Planning, and Exceptions Handling
• Monitor key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, order fill rates, lead times, and supplier performance, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work with Supply Chain to develop and implement inventory and planning strategies to support both supply and demand planning
• Completed multiple Oracle Cloud implementations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
• Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented
• Cloud Certifications in one or more Oracle SCM Applications
• Ability to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
