The AI Specialist delivers cutting-edge AI solutions to clients, utilizing automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI tools to address real business challenges. They serve as a hands-on resource who knows how to design solutions that are powered by Salesforce and emerging AI technologies that unlock productivity for the client teams and accelerate the customer experiences.

They are not just experimenting with AI; they are using it to streamline operations, personalize communications, and enable smarter decision-making across marketing, sales, and service. They know what's "really real" with AI and help our clients demystify how AI can actually drive value for their organizations. The AI Specialist brings creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen to every project.

A Day-in-the-Life:

• Building and configuring AI use cases across service, sales, and marketing
• Translating business needs into AI solutions using the right combination of Salesforce and other emerging technologies
• Leading "art of the possible" and use case discovery sessions with clients to assess needs and feasibility
• Documenting AI solution designs, data flows, and configuration details
• Build and technical configuration for AI solutions
• Testing, QA, and troubleshooting of AI-driven experiences
• Pre-sales support for prospective AI clients
• Establish delivery standards for AI project work and drive adoption/education
• Keeping up with new releases and product innovations in AI and related tech ecosystems
• Ensuring all AI solutions meet ethical, privacy, and compliance best practices

A Successful AI Specialist will:

• Have hands-on experience building AI solutions
• Bring experience with at least 3+ of the following tools/platforms:
• Gemini
• Open AI / ChatGPT
• Microsoft CoPilot
• N8N
• Make
• Agentforce + Salesforce Einstein
• Data Cloud
• Be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data to enable AI use cases
• Know how to configure, test, and deploy AI features, not just theoretically, but in real-life project environments
• Be curious and eager to explore new AI tools, APIs, and use cases that create value
• Anchor on business value, and understand how AI can enhance processes across marketing, sales, and service
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in technology solutions, consulting, or related role
• 2+ years working with AI solutions, including predictive analytics, generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, etc.
• Salesforce AI Specialist, Einstein certifications, a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science or analytics, a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
• Passionate about learning the latest AI capabilities and solutions.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
