Our client in Western New York is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team!
This is a hybrid/full-time/direct-hire position
Hourly based on experience: $25-$27/HR
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations for our small business. The ideal candidate will have prior office administration experience and be proficient in managing financial records, customer communications, and general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations using QuickBooks.
- Perform administrative duties and document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
- Maintain organized records, files, and office systems to support smooth operations.
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks and provide support to management as needed.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a small business office environment.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with attention to detail.
