Our client is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems Integration to join their team!
This is a hybrid/full-time/direct-hire position based in either Napa, CA, or East Lansing, MI
Salary range based on experience: $150-$200k
Position Mission The Enterprise Systems Integration Director is responsible for overseeing the integration of various enterprise systems to ensure seamless communication, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and maintenance of integrations while contributing to a team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities Systems Integration Strategy - Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools for integration purposes.
- Design scalable and efficient system integration architectures that sufficiently provide best practices for extraction, transformation, and load.
- Develop methods to ensure compatibility and interoperability between diverse systems.
- Lead and oversee seamless system integration planning with departments such as finance, actuarial, and HR to optimize operations and performance.
- Identify and prioritize project opportunities that support key business units and strategic growth.
Systems Integration Management - Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration - Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather their requirements and expectations.
- Foster a collaborative environment by organizing regular cross-functional meetings and workshops.
- Develop a clear escalation process to address integration challenges promptly.
- Anticipate potential integration issues and have contingency plans in place.
- Use digital platforms for project management and collaboration to ensure that all stakeholders have access to real-time information and updates.
Program Management and Delivery Excellence - Oversee integration projects from inception to completion.
- Complete project deliverables on time per specifications.
- Ensure project deliverables maintain a balance of scope, schedule, and cost.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business customer expectations and do not require rework.
- Coordinate with project teams where new systems or processes require downstream integration, providing subject matter expertise in best practices to implement downstream integrations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies for ongoing program excellence.
