This is an onsite/full-time/permanent position Salary range based on experience: $50k-$70k
Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time, in-person Marketing Coordinator to lead our digital marketing initiatives, content creation, YouTube growth, website management, internal video production, and webinar coordination. This role is based at our Buffalo office and is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys blending strategy, content creation, and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage our client's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
Create and schedule 3+ posts per week per platform, using a mix of custom and provided content.
Execute targeted campaigns for events such as Luxury Purse Bingo, including teaser content, sponsor highlights, and reminders.
Enhance Instagram with Reels, Stories, carousel posts, and a regularly updated Linktree.
Maintain a content calendar with at least one month of scheduled posts.
Track and report monthly metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth).
Website & Blog Management
Upload and optimize blog posts on WordPress, ensuring proper formatting, visuals, and SEO integration.
Update website content regularly and manage plugin/theme updates for performance and security.
Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
Marketing Materials Support
Design branded assets such as brochures, flyers, digital graphics, and client-facing materials.
Write and edit content for marketing collateral and promotions.
Maintain and refresh existing materials to align with updated services and branding.
Internal Video Production
Film and edit internal content for training, marketing, and social media platforms.
Repurpose blog content into video formats, including YouTube Shorts and Reels.
Oversee video setup, lighting, and sound to ensure quality production.
Archive and manage video content for internal and external use.
Webinar Creation & Promotion
Create promotional graphics, email content, and event pages for in-house webinars.
Set up and manage webinars via platforms like Zoom or GoToWebinar, including registration, reminders, and follow-up.
Promote webinars across social media and website channels.
Provide live support during events, managing chat, and tech troubleshooting.
YouTube Channel Management
Manage and grow our client's YouTube channel.
Upload and optimize video content with effective titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
Create and post YouTube Shorts and other high-engagement video formats.
Develop and execute a monetization strategy under the YouTube Partner Program.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to boost visibility and subscriber growth.
Engage with followers via comments and maintain updated playlists and channel sections.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, and social scheduling platforms.
Strong video production and editing skills (e.g., iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
Familiarity with YouTube Studio, SEO, and monetization practices.
Experience with webinar setup and digital promotion (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
Excellent written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in an in-person, team-oriented setting.
