Brand Experience Sales Manager Opportunity in Perris, CA
Our client in Perris, CA, is seeking a Brand Experience Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a hybrid/full-time/permanent position
Salary based on experience: Up to $120k+Bonus (Up to $250k)
General Expectations:
Leads marketing and sales, managing all operations in sales while adhering to company policies. Continuously manages improvement in product design, net sales, market share, number of retailers, sales per retailer, return on marketing expenses, finished goods inventory, and accounts receivable days outstanding.
Responsibilities:
Build Retailer Relationships: Directs a sales team to promote the company’s mission of favorable relationships with retailers. Promotes our system of mutual commitment with independent retailers as evidenced by retailer agreements. Promotes our array of products and financial services, brand-name enhancement activities, and sales training.
Quality Planning, Control, and Improvement: Strives to develop and manufacture the highest quality products in a timely manner for the price levels served. Quality as used here is broadly defined to include i) conformance to statutory building codes; ii) conformance to customer requirements (confirmations of order), iii) plans matching customer order, iv) specifications matching customer order and series options, engineering bulletins and other aspects of the corporate and division engineering system; v) high standards of durability; vi) high standards of fit-and-finish craftsmanship; vii) high standards of aesthetic design; viii) ease of delivery and erection; and, in general, ix) leading to customer satisfaction. All divisions are expected to achieve 95% levels of customer satisfaction as measured by an independent survey.
Sales Productivity: Organizes all sales functions to maximize clarity, efficiency, and productivity within the constraints of the approved product offering. This will include meeting promised customer deadlines, flooring requirements, running releases, product change requests/orders, manufacturing floor information in accuracy and completeness, shipping schedules, accounts receivable, and development of market areas.
MDM efficiency: Organizes and provides leadership to continuously improve the development of Market Development Managers to maximize customer satisfaction, partnership with retailers, training of retailer personnel, credibility, knowledge of the company's product, knowledge of the competition’s product, and responsibility for all aspects of their respective accounts.
Team Member Participation and Development: Develops and maintains training systems to achieve sales and company objectives and to assist Team Members in reaching their full potential.
