Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and driven UKG Pro WFM/HRIS Specialist with strong functional and technical expertise to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding IT organization. This role will be responsible for delivering, supporting, enhancing, and maintaining our HRIS systems to help us grow. You will help define our HRIS platforms while working closely with HR and Operational Excellence teams and key stakeholders across the company.

Techno-Functional WFM/HRIS Specialist, this role will be responsible for all functions such as system design, build, configuration, migrations/upgrades, and support of UKG Pro WFM/HRIS platforms. You will oversee the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of key modules such as
scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, accrual processing, pay rules, and absence management. In addition, you will also be responsible for building and supporting integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for configuring, developing, and implementing business solutions, integrations, and reporting related to WFM/HRIS platforms.
- Oversee the full SDLC for HR systems, from gathering business requirements and conducting technical analysis and design to configuring, integrating, testing, and implementing customizations
- Identify, assess, and suggest essential technologies to enhance and support business processes.
- Provide technical support for the UKG Pro WFM/HRIS platforms and ownership of relationships between business, vendor, and partner resources as required.
- Acts as the technical lead for the development and implementation of business solutions for the UKG Pro WFM/HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and performance.
- Provide support for systems integrations, ensuring smooth data transfers between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems such as HRIS, payroll, and other third-party applications.
- Maintains and updates system configurations and manages the implementation of application upgrades
Requirements - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
- 8+ years’ experience designing and implementing solutions in corporate applications
- 5+ years’ experience working with WFM/HRIS platforms, administration, and projects
- Requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong technical background, and hands-on experience with WFM/HRIS Initiatives and Knowledge of HR/labor management practices and processes.
- Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key user needs
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience leading resources across different functions of an organization
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment
- Proactive, always seeking additional responsibility
- Experience in full life cycle implementations, including configuring and supporting core WFM modules such as scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, pay rules, accrual processing, and absence management.
- Experience in configuring pay rules to meet organizational policies, including overtime, shift differentials, and other pay complexities.
- Proven expertise in Boomi integration development and implementation, along with familiarity with UKG Pro WFM's technical stack, including APIs and system configurations.
- Advanced technical skills in configuring and managing UKG Pro WFM, including custom report creation, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing and executing migrations/upgrade projects from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM is a plus.
