Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and driven Programmer Analyst to join our client's fast-paced and rapidly expanding IT organization. You will play a critical role in delivering, supporting, enhancing, and maintaining our client's WFM/HRIS systems to help us grow. You will help define their HRIS platforms while working closely with HR and Operational Excellence teams and key stakeholders across the company.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Support/implement WFM/HRIS Systems, including scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, accrual processing, pay rules, and absence management
- Own Configuration, integration, and reporting related to WFM/HRIS platforms and data
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve business processes
- Drive the full SDLC for HR systems, including gathering business requirements, technical analysis and design, configuration, integrations, testing, and implementation of customizations
- Provide support for systems integrations, ensuring smooth data transfers between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems such as HRIS, payroll, and other third-party applications
Requirements: education, qualifications, work experience - Undergraduate degree in information technology, business, or a related.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions in corporate applications
- 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms, administration, and projects
- Strong technical background and hands-on experience with HRIS Initiatives
- Prior experience in implementing UKG Pro WFM
- Knowledge of HR/labor management practices and processes
- Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key user needs
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience leading resources across different functions of an organization
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment
- Proactive, always seeking additional responsibility
- Proficiency in configuring and managing UKG Pro WFM/HRIS, including custom report creation, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in creating integrations with Boomi, including Employee Import and Payroll Export.
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of configurations to ensure the accuracy and alignment with business requirements/processes.
