We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented
Sales Specialist who thrives in a "hunter" sales role. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who loves the thrill of the chase and is energized by building pipelines and conquering new markets.
Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to target new business in assigned territories or verticals
- Qualify leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to each prospect’s needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and sales activities in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of hunting and closing new business
- Proven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline from scratch
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience selling [products/services relevant to your company] is a plus
