Our client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team!
This is a hybrid/full-time/direct-hire position
Salary range based on experience: Up to $70k
What You’ll Do:
Own the Onboarding Experience: Guide new customers through setup and training, ensuring they are fully empowered from day one.
Be the Client’s Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, voicing their needs internally and ensuring a world-class experience.
Drive Success & Retention: Help clients unlock value, drive adoption, and fuel their growth with our products.
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with clients on their e-commerce and omnichannel goals, offering tailored insights and strategies.
Spot & Solve Issues: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, influence product roadmaps, and close service gaps.
CRM Mastery: Document interactions, submit cases, and see them through with precision and urgency.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and development to turn customer feedback into action and innovation.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Phenomenal communicator—clear, concise, and confident.
History of turning customer relationships into lasting partnerships.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and always willing to pitch in.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-expectation environment.
