Our client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team!
This is a hybrid/full-time/direct-hire position
Salary range based on experience: $60k-$70k
What You’ll Do: - Drive outbound outreach through cold calls, email, social, and networking to generate new leads and close deals.
- Build authentic relationships with business owners and decision-makers, uncovering their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage a robust pipeline and push deals forward with urgency and precision.
- Partner with sales leadership and marketing to improve pitch strategies and support scalable growth.
- Track industry trends, identify opportunities, and continuously sharpen your edge.
- Consistently exceed targets—and earn like it.
What You Bring: - 2+ years of B2B sales experience (fintech, payments, or SaaS a plus)
- Proven closer with strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Hunger to succeed and a “no excuses” mentality
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Comfortable working both independently and in team-based environments
