Contract Manager of Corporate Applications Opportunity

Our client in East Rutherford, NJ, is seeking a Manager of Corporate Applications to join their team!
This is a hybrid (4 days onsite)/ full-time/3-4month contract position
Hourly based on experience: Up to $45/HR
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow, SailPoint, and SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
Conduct workshops and meetings with business users to understand their needs, document functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for system optimization and automation.
ServiceNow Platform Support:
Assist in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to ensure it aligns with business needs.
Support incident, change, and problem management processes in ServiceNow, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues.
Participate in ongoing platform enhancements, integrations, and feature implementations.
Manage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery to streamline business processes.
SailPoint Integration & Identity Management:
Work with technical teams to support and maintain the SailPoint Identity Governance platform, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Assist in user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance workflows within SailPoint.
Ensure that SailPoint integrates effectively with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors to provide a streamlined user experience.
Project Support & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work alongside project managers, developers, and other business analysts to support system implementations and enhancements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance, and go-live support for system releases.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in business analysis, IT service management, or a related field. Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow functionality. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies is beneficial.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different departments.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Fundamentals training or certification.
Experience with other ITSM tools and methodologies.
