Summary: As a B2B Account Manager, you will engage in a variety of activities aimed at fostering and expanding our business-to-business relationships within the jewelry sector. This includes monthly travel commitments, active participation in trade shows, proactive customer outreach, and assisting management with corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive territory growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers.
- Launch sales promotions, deliver marketing content, and provide training to customers.
- Onboard new accounts and reactivate existing ones.
- Support custom and standard order processing for your customers.
- Engage in daily outbound calls, inbound calls, email communication, and literature distribution.
Qualifications: - Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the jewelry industry, B2B-focused brands, or USA/Canadian companies is advantageous.
